Most of our beads are made on this 5 ton hydraulic press. They are cleaned and dried Then all color and decoration is painted on with underglazes. The fancy bead design colors are layered and require extra firings. The beads are then clear glazed and fired, then luster glazed and fired again.
	Some of our beads aren't pressed. The slider bead is slip cast in a mold, whereas other beads are press molded.
